Shawn Billings is a registered professional land surveyor
in the State of Texas, licensed since 2003. He is a second
generation land surveyor, and has been using GNSS for more than 25
years. He has consulted for GNSS manufacturers and has also
previously been in GNSS sales and support.
In addition to GNSS Shawn has an active interest in geodesy as it
relates to land surveying. He has represented the Texas Society of
Professional Surveyors in its partnership with various State and
National agencies to develop the Texas Coordinate System of 2022,
set to be released in 2026.
Shawn is dedicated to providing his customers have the best
equipment for their work and educating those customers on the best
practices for using that equipment in the demanding field of
professional surveying.
