Each All Topo Maps collection includes 

• all the 1:24,000; 1:63,360, 1:100,000 (selected sets) and 1:250,000 scale maps for an entire state
• the software to view, annotate, export and print maps
• the All Topo Maps: GPS Tool for uploading/downloading coordinates to GPS devices
• the BigTopo map seamer

All Topo Maps are derived from USGS Digital Raster Graphics. The 1:24,000 scale maps are re-sampled to 160 DPI, all other maps (1:63,360 scale Alaska, 1:100,000 scale, 1:250,000 scale) are 250 DPI scans (1:24,000 scale Alaska maps are 250 DPI.) Checkout [ Sample Images ] for resolution examples.

Copyright Restrictions? None! We hope you will use your All Topo Maps in letters, publications, catalogs, books and on your web site. We don't reserve rights to the maps that you build, export or print. All Topo Maps exports maps at full resolution, so you won't need to upgrade to an expensive 'Professional Model' to get the images in a usable format.

All Topo Maps are easy to use. Each state set will allow you to:

• Quickly find the map you want to view, by place name, PLS Township/Range (not in Texas), geographic coordinate or by map name.

• Display maps quickly, zoom in or out to any scale, move to adjacent maps by double clicking in the map border.

• Measure straight line distances using the {Measurement Spike}.

• Measure traced distances and areas by using the Draw Pencil mouse to trace a path.

• Georeferance places on the map images.

• Find locations by entering Lat/Lon or UTM coordinates, as read from a GPS, display the map and place an annotation at the location.

• Annotate maps with waypoints, text, symbols, lines (connecting waypoints) and hyperlinks to web and multimedia content.

• Export maps and portions of maps, including annotations, 1,000 meter UTM grid lines to the clipboard or a printer.

• Transfer coordinates to and from a GPS device, get GPS tracks and overlay them on the maps

• Seam maps together to create new custom maps up to 5,000 square miles.

All Topo Maps collections are packaged in durable, impact resistant cases and include a straightforward [ User Manual ], all the maps, the viewing program that you will need to access the maps, a GPS Upload/Download tool and the BigTopo seamer.
