Return for Refund:
What if I decide that I want to return Ashtech Equipment purchased from
Igage for a reason other than defect?
For 14 days after receipt, but not more than 30 days after the original
invoice date, you may return unopened equipment in original factory
condition, including all inserts, CD’s, accessories, warranty cards,
bags and packing materials for refund with a 15% restocking fee.
Equipment that has been installed, cracked, used, scratched, is missing
original UPC codes will be refused for refund.
Consider renting equipment for trial as used equipment is not eligible
for any refund.
Prior to return, please call Igage for a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) so we can track your return for quick credit on receipt.

Advanced Replacement
Service (ARS): What if my Ashtech equipment is DOA or has a defect covered
by the Ashtech warranty within the first 30 days?
Ashtech equipment purchased from Igage enjoys a 30 day Advance Replacement
Program.
Igage will replace your defective receiver with new equipment if the
defect is covered by Ashtech’s factory warranty. At your request Igage
will send the replacement by prepaid FedEx 2Day service. You return
your original equipment to Igage by prepaid Ground service within 2-days.
If you fail to return your original equipment within 2 days, a late
fee is assessed. After one week you incur daily rental charges until
the equipment is returned up to the value of the original equipment.
If you damage your equipment and it requires non-warranty service, it
is not covered by the Igage Advance Replacement Program. If you purchased
Advance Loaner Service (ALS), then Igage will provide a loaner GPS receiver
while your receiver is repaired.

What is the Igage
Advance Loaner Service (ALS) for Ashtech Equipment?
The Igage Advance Loaner Service (ALS) for Ashtech equipment is a service
option that is designed to reduce the amount of time you are without
a GPS receiver.
ALS covers receivers that are returned to the factory repair depot for
warranty or non-warranty service.
Normally, when requesting service, you must first send your receiver
to Ashtech and wait 10 to 20 days for it to be repaired and returned.
With ALS, Igage will ship you a loaner GPS receiver as soon as your
request an RMA, then you send your original equipment to the repair
depot. When your original equipment is repaired, it is returned to you
and you and you return the loaner back to Igage. Your loaner GPS will
be new or used and will have the same options as your original equipment.
4.
How long will it
take to receive my loaner GPS receiver?
Your loaner GPS will be shipped from Igage by FedEx 2 Day
and should arrive two business days after you request it.
You may elect to provide your FedEx or UPS shipping number to have loaner
equipment shipped by overnight service.
5.
How long can I
keep my original GPS before I must return it to the repair depot?
To avoid incurring a late fee, you must return your defective equipment
to the repair depot within two days of receiving an RMA. You must pay
the freight from your location to the repair depot. When your equipment
is returned, you must return the loaner equipment within two days of
receiving your original GPS receiver from the repair depot.
If your receiver is not shipped within 2 days, you will incur a late
fee. After one week you will incur daily rental charges for the loaner
equipment. Rental charges will accrue until the receiver is returned
or they exceed the sale price of the loaner equipment.
6.
How exactly are
the freight charges handled?
Igage prepays FedEx 2-Day freight to you for your replacement receiver.
You pay Ground freight for your original receiver to the factory depot.
The factory pays Ground freight from the factory depot back to you.
You pay Ground freight for your loaner back to Igage.
7.
How much will it
cost me to set up Advance Loaner Service (ALS)?
Igage Advance Replacement Service (ARS) is included for all Ashtech
equipment purchased from Igage Mapping Corporation for the first 30
days after the invoice date.
Advance Loaner Service may be purchased for 9% of the product MSRP
within 30 days of the original purchase (Igage Invoice Date). After
30 days, Advance
Loaner Service may be purchased for 15% of the product’s MSRP.
Advance Loaner Service, once purchased is valid for 12 months from the
date of equipment purchase.
Advanced Loaner Service is valid for the original purchaser only.

When does Igage release
the Replacement Value reserve from my credit card?
When a replacement or loaner receiver is sent to you, Igage will place
a reserve on your credit card for the value of the replacement or loaner
receiver.
For replacement receivers, Igage will release the reserve within 10
days of determination that your original receiver is eligible for factory
warranty repair.
For loaner receivers, Igage will release the reserve within 10 days
of receiving the loaner receiver.
9.
What is the late fee
and rental fee assessed for receivers that are not shipped within two
days?
The late fee is equal to five days rental (3.75% of MSRP).
The rental fee is equal to 0.75% per day of the MSRP (if MSRP = $1,000
then the rental fee is $7.5 per day.) Typically you can purchase equipment
in advance for the equivalent 120 days of rental.
10.
What happens if Igage
is unable to provide Advanced Loaner Service (ALS)?
Igage attempts to keep sufficient equipment on hand to provide
loaner receivers. If Igage is unable to provide a loaner receiver,
the maximum remedy to the customer shall be the return of the
original ALS fee.
Failsafe availability of replacement and loaner equipment is available
under separate programs or by purchasing spare equipment. For a
nominal fee, we can stage replacement equipment at your place of
business for 1-year periods to insure quick availability in the case
of failure or damage.
